Certificate Application Form

This form allows Education Directors to apply for official ASC recognition of a member’s progress and achievements. The available awards include:

  • Foundation Certificate of Achievement – Acknowledging a strong start in public speaking.
  • The ASC Certificate of Achievement – Recognising continued development and skill refinement.
  • Diploma in Public Speaking – Awarded for demonstrating advanced public speaking abilities.
  • Certificate in Applied Public Speaking – Celebrating the practical application of public speaking skills.
  • Letter of Commendation – A special recognition of outstanding contributions or improvement.

Materials Order Form

Need to restock essential ASC materials? This form allows you to order a variety of official resources, including:

  • Speaker’s Guides – Perfect for new and existing members looking to refine their skills.
  • Gavel and Block Set – Ideal for keeping meetings and competitions running smoothly.
  • Role Badges – Clearly identify committee members at area and regional events.

Funding Application Forms

Clubs and areas can apply for additional financial support through these forms. Justification must be provided with the application to allow for approval.

Funding Application Form – Clubs
Designed for individual clubs seeking financial assistance. Applications should include a report outlining actions to grow membership, a financial statement, and details of how the funds will be used.

Funding Application Form – Area
For area-level funding requests, this form follows the same process but applies to area-wide initiatives rather than individual clubs.

Key Notes:

  • Funding is typically capped at £100, though multiple applications can be submitted up to this amount.
  • In exceptional cases, higher funding requests may be considered.
  • Applications must include details on membership, meeting attendance, and financial need.
  • Approval is at the discretion of the National Treasurer, National President, and National Development Officer.
